Refund policy
At TrapGloss, we want you to love what lands on your lips. Because of the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used lip products.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at admin@trapgloss.com.
Please include:
• - Your order number
• - A description of the issue
• - Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable:
• - Opened or used products
• - Items marked final sale
• - Gift cards
• - Promotional or discounted items, unless damaged or incorrect
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need help, email us immediately at admin@trapgloss.com.
